Settling in

Checked in to the Institute along with Richard Jonas and Sue Salanic. Great to see Pandu!  Today – Sunday – it’s a day off before classes start tomorrow, so off to Fab India for some shopping.

Mary Reilly’s workshop.

Mary Reilly’s workshop at IYINY was very very good. Straight ahead teaching, no bells and whistles. Her demonstrations were the best I have seen for a long time. She taught a great balancing class on Sunday…. I hope she comes again!

I’m on my way — almost.

Never-the-less, I am attending Mary Reilly’s weekend workshop at the Iyengar Yoga Institute. Tonight, Restorative.
